We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you’ll architect and maintain the distributed systems behind MIND’s data protection engine. Our stack includes Golang, GCP, Kubernetes and Temporal for orchestration, with CI/CD powered by GitHub Actions, Dagger and FluxCD.

Responsibility

What you will do?

• End-to-end development of backend software components (research, tech spec, development, testing, rollout, and monitoring)
• Drive tech decisions via tech spec and code reviews
• Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver amazing features
• Lead projects and mentor new team members

Requirements

What should you bring to the table?

• 5+ years of experience with backend engineering for production systems
• Experience with cloud-native development (containers, cloud providers, k8s, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with observability technologies (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Bonus points:

• Understanding of LLM and agentic AI principles
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning ML models
