Business Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the UK Data Strategy Sub Value Stream team. This role focuses on delivering strategic data enhancement commitments on behalf of the CTO.

Your main responsibility will include eliciting business requirements, identifying key data attributes, and enabling the successful delivery of fit-for-purpose data to the Pega team to support customer campaigns.

Requirements

• Gather and analyze business requirementsMap data attributes to business use cases.
• Ensure compliance with data controls and high-quality data delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements.
• Support Agile and Waterfall deliveries.
• Create and manage documentation including BRDs, RTMs, SDDs.
• Assist in governance forums with reporting and presentations.

Benefits

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change delivery as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and business data mapping.
• Familiarity with data controls (e.g., Data Quality is a plus).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in creating and managing BRDs, RTMs, and SDDs.
• Test support experience, especially UAT.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pega platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
