We are recruiting for our client a Cybersecurity Programme Manager to lead a multi-year cryptography programme focused on delivering PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities across multiple workstreams. Requirements

• Deliver end-to-end programme ownership including scope, planning, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance across multiple streams.
• Manage multi-million USD budgets, including forecasting, vendor spend, and financial controls.
• Act as subject-matter leader on PKI, CLM, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external providers.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, resilience, audit, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Produce transparent progress updates and executive-level reports.
