We are looking for an Expert-level Data Architect to design and implement the architecture of modern data platforms in a cloud environment (Azure, Databricks). This is an opportunity to define integration standards, ensure scalability, and drive strategic data initiatives.

Requirements

• Design architecture for advanced data platforms ensuring scalability and performance.
• Define standards for data modeling and integration across the enterprise.
• Develop conceptual designs for solutions based on Azure and Databricks.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Assess quality, scalability, and efficiency of implemented solutions.
• Support strategic technology decisions and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Maintain documentation and risk assessments for data architectures.

Benefits

• 8+ years of experience in data-related roles with advanced architectural background.
• Proven expertise as a Data Architect in enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Platform and Databricks.
• Experience working with Data Lake architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of data processing architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business & technology).
• Proficiency in English and Polish (required).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Hive, or Impala.
• Expertise in Data Governance and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience within the financial industry.
