Are you passionate about Generative AI, LLM technologies, and building scalable AI solutions for business applications? We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions integrated into enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
• Build and integrate AI components into business applications.
• Develop robust prototypes and production-ready implementations in Python.
• Collaborate with data teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI innovation.
• Ensure quality and security controls, including governance and compliance standards.
• Document designs and perform QA/testing for reliability and performance.

Benefits

• 5+ years in IT, with strong experience in AI and/or Machine Learning solution development.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Polish (required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure Databricks.
• Background in MLOps lifecycle and agent-based AI solutions.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance).
