Mindbox is looking for a Product Analyst for our global client from the financial sector. In this role, you’ll help developer teams build products that comply with internal standards and audit requirements - all while providing great developer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Be an active, collaborative, and inquisitive member of the DevX Standards and Controls product team.
• Understand customer needs and problems to support the team's strategic direction.
• Work with customers, developers, and technical leads to design and implement solutions.
• Create functional requirements, process descriptions, and system design documentation.
• Model business processes, draw flowcharts and data flow diagrams.
• Design customer-centric solutions that minimize disruption during change implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, customers, and the ICE development team.
• Lead handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer activities.
