Requirements

We are looking for skilled individuals to join our Production Support Team in the Payments IT department. The team ensures the smooth operation of Global Payments Execution, Messaging & Orchestration, and Sanctions & Investigation services. Operating in a mission-critical environment, our work is based on Site Reliability Engineering principles and spans vendor products to in-house microservices.

With customers demanding real-time services, our primary drivers are system availability and service stability. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex issues, and want to work with innovative technologies, this role is for you.

• Deliver end-to-end Production Support services, including live incident resolution and post-resolution analysis.
• Provide technical expertise to identify root causes of major system issues.
• Install new vendor software releases and implement locally developed solutions (Shell scripts, Java, Bash, Python).
• Support and participate in testing activities for new implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders distributed globally.
• Redesign processes using new technologies to enhance performance.
• Design and drive service improvements, implement capabilities and process uplifts.
• Evaluate and utilize appropriate tools to analyze architecture.
• Conduct data analysis for root cause investigations and anomaly detection.
• Contribute effectively to team objectives - occasionally lead activities to achieve shared goals.

• SQL and PL/SQL experience and solid Oracle database knowledge.
• Strong experience with Linux.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Shell scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python, Java) for automation.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Solid understanding of application architecture layers (storage, OS, network, database).
• Experience in high-frequency change environments and CI/CD automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and production support environments.

• Knowledge of Payment systems is a strong advantage.
