Join our client's team, where you'll play a key role in enabling teams across a global organisation to successfully onboard onto an enterprise AI platform. Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in enterprise AI - making cutting-edge platform capabilities accessible, governed, and operational at scale.

You'll step in as a Project Manager, working closely with engineers, platform operations, and governance partners to act as the central control role for the AI platform onboarding experience. Your role will be central to triaging inbound requests, guiding teams through onboarding end-to-end, tracking issues to resolution, and ensuring users always have clear updates, timelines, and next steps - not just execution.

Requirements

• Monitoring and managing the AI Platform Teams support channel: responding to user queries, troubleshooting first-line issues, and routing requests to the right resolver groups with clear, timely communication
• Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding and migration requests; engaging users to understand their goals and guiding them through platform requirements, steps, and capabilities
• Capturing structured onboarding inputs: use cases, data needs, model types, environments, access requirements, governance approvals, and non-functional needs; translating ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements and next steps
• Logging, tracking, and chasing bugs and issues across engineering, platform ops, and dependent teams; driving progress, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring closure with appropriate user communications
• Tracking onboarding and support requests end-to-end (ageing, blockers, ETA); providing regular status updates and managing stakeholder expectations at pace
• Maintaining and improving onboarding artefacts: FAQs, templates, playbooks, intake forms, and dashboards; identifying recurring themes and proposing process fixes to reduce friction and cycle time
• Defining and tracking operational KPIs (lead time, throughput, ageing, rework, first-time-right); building clear reporting for stakeholders using data and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software products/projects end-to-end, preferably in complex enterprise environments
• Strong support operations and user-facing service mindset: structured triage, high-volume query handling, calm and solutions-led approach to escalations
• Business analysis and requirements engineering: eliciting requirements, documenting scope, assumptions, dependencies, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Delivery coordination and ownership: RAID management, prioritisation, end-to-end request ownership from intake to closure
• Confident stakeholder communication: crisp updates, SLA/ETA management, and ability to influence without formal authority
• Practical Agile experience: backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, Jira (epics, stories, workflow tracking, dashboards) and Confluence (playbooks, FAQs, decision logs)
• Metrics-driven mindset: defining and tracking operational KPIs, building stakeholder dashboards, Lean approach to process improvement

Nice to have:

• High-level familiarity with AI/ML concepts and lifecycle (enough to guide onboarding conversations)
• Experience in regulated environments with awareness of governance, risk, security, and data privacy controls
• Basic understanding of cloud/platform services and access management
• Workshop facilitation, note-taking, and action tracking experience
• Strong documentation habits and customer journey/process improvement mindset
