As a Tech Lead, you will drive the technical vision and hands-on development of Data Fabric products. You’ll lead and mentor engineers, establish best practices, and deliver robust, secure, and high-performing solutions across the stack - from modern UIs to backend integration. Your leadership will shape the engineering culture and ensure alignment between technology and business goals.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering high standards for coding, reviews, and technical design.
• Define and communicate technical vision, standards, and best practices across frontend and backend domains.
• Design scalable and maintainable architecture for TypeScript/Next.js frontends and integrations with Java Spring Boot services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX, and data teams to refine requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive secure coding practices, performance optimization, and reliability in production systems.
• Oversee quality through automated testing, observability, and continuous improvement processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across UI, API integrations, and infrastructure.
• Support roadmap planning, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Benefits

• Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on development background in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern frontend architectures.
• Experience delivering full-stack solutions, including working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and secure development practices.
• Ability to guide system design decisions and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with React Query, Redux Toolkit, PostgreSQL, and containerized/cloud-native environments.
• Exposure to observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer) and automated testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright, JUnit).
