Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs and conducting impactful user research? Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer & Researcher to join their global Cybersecurity Design & User Experience team, focusing on improving user experience across a critical security landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user problems, championing accessibility, and conducting in-depth research to influence design and product decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences for enterprise users worldwide-helping make complex cybersecurity processes intuitive.

Requirements

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Analyze behaviors, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights.
• Define user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform product priorities.
• Synthesize findings into clear problem statements, success metrics, and actionable recommendations.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (using Figma or Adobe XD).
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Maintain a centralized repository of research insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with technical and business requirements.
• Monitor post-implementation user feedback and measure impact against predefined UX KPIs.

Benefits

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on user research.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities to present findings and concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows; experience in cybersecurity or highly technical environments is a plus.
