Implementation Specialist

• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, budgets and project milestones.

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analyses.

• Translate business processes into system requirements and configurations.

• Configure and customise software applications to meet client needs.

• Perform database setup and configuration.

• Test system functionality to ensure delivery meets agreed requirements and quality standards.

• Coordinate with technical, development, support and sales teams.

• Deliver on-site and remote training to end-users.

• Provide support throughout implementation and ensure a smooth handover to support teams.

• Document business requirements, use cases and implementation notes.

• Identify system gaps and recommend configuration changes or enhancements.

• Build strong client relationships and address queries promptly and professionally.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business Process Analysis or Project Management.

• Minimum three years’ experience in software implementation, client onboarding, customer success, business analysis or account management with implementation responsibilities.

• Solid understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies.

• Knowledge of SQL database management and configuration.

• Experience in business process analysis and documentation.

• Strong client engagement, training and presentation skills.

• Project management or software implementation certifications would be advantageous.

• Experience in debt collection, accounts receivable or finance would be advantageous.
