Responsabilidades
- Implementaciones técnicas: Apoyar el proceso de implementación de herramientas como Amplitude y Braze y asegurar la integración exitosa en plataformas web y apps de nuestros clientes.
- Soporte y referencia técnica: Proporcionar soporte técnico/funcional a nuestros equipos internos, prospectos y clientes, siendo el punto de referencia en arquitectura de software y diseño para herramientas como Amplitude y Braze.
- Colaboración en equipo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Customer Success y Ventas, manteniendo un contacto continuo con clientes y prospectos en español e inglés.
Requisitos
- Estudiantes avanzados o egresados en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o áreas afines (obligatorio).
- +2 años de experiencia en implementación y/o desarrollo de SaaS (obligatorio).
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas de software (SOA, microservicios, cliente-servidor, etc.).
- Dominio de patrones de diseño y estructuras de datos (SQL DBs, NoSQL DBs, ETLs, Data Pipes, Event Streaming).
