Forward Deployed Engineer, Cybersecurity & AI

Join Mindflow, an enterprise Agentic AI automation platform, as a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Cybersecurity & AI. In this role, you will work closely with security teams to understand their environment, design automation solutions, and help move them into production. You will have direct exposure to complex enterprise cybersecurity environments and be part of a fast-moving team where strong ideas and hands-on execution matter.

Missions

• Lead technical discovery with security teams to understand their environment and design automation approaches.
• Build and validate integrations, workflows, and production-ready solutions using APIs, JSON, and scripting.
• Deliver proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable operational value, then support deployment, adoption, and scale.

Profil recherché

**You combine strong technical depth with the ability to build trust with both practitioners and senior stakeholders.**

**MUST-HAVE**

**

• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services or a comparable hands-on role.**

**

• Practical knowledge of one or more security domains such as SecOps/SOC, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, incident response or threat intelligence.**

**

• Strong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting, and the ability to troubleshoot integrations in complex environments.**

**

• A pragmatic problem-solving mindset: you can break down an ambiguous process and turn it into a robust automated solution.**

**

• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.**

**

• Professional fluency in both French and English.**

**NICE-TO-HAVE**

**

• Experience deploying automation platforms or AI-enabled security solutions.**

**

• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering or AI security.**

**

• Experience with enterprise governance, data protection and regulated environments.**

**

• Personal projects or technical content demonstrating curiosity and a builder mindset.**
