Your responsibilities:
Take full ownership of our marketing automation infrastructure (built on Airtable, GCP, GitHub with Claude Code and Claude CoWork) and continuously evolve it as a living system.
Maintain, build, and optimize automated integrations and data flows across ad platforms, across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks.
Streamline marketing operations and creative production workflows, eliminating manual routine for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with UA Managers, PMMs, Designers, Marketing Manager, and Product Engineers to identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart automation solutions.
Analyze complex marketing processes, determine what needs to be automated versus what should remain manual, and build and maintain scalable infrastructure.
Your skills:
Has 6 months+ of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Automation (experience in high-volume Operations or Performance Marketing is a plus).
Understands core marketing processes, ad platform mechanics (Meta, Google, TikTok), and how to structure marketing data workflows and complex processes.
Has strong experience with Low-Code/No-Code AI workflows (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code) and basic code management (comfortably pushes code to GitHub with Claude Code). Note, there is no need to have experience in writing code yourself, we have Claude for that.
A plus will be: a basic technical foundation with a basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and connectors (hands-on experience with Airtable automation is a strong plus).
Possesses a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to dig deep into complex operational tasks.
