Performance Marketing Manager

As the Senior Paid Media Buyer, you will be the owner of paid acquisition for a high-ticket coaching and education company serving fitness and wellness business owners, managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive qualified leads and booked calls. You will go beyond the ad account, weighing in on landing pages, creative direction, and email flows to make sure traffic actually converts into revenue. This is a full-time, in-house role working closely with the marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Drive qualified applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs
• Manage campaigns for webinars, workshops, lead magnets, applications, launches, and evergreen funnels
• Monitor cost per lead, cost per application, cost per booked call, show rate, close rate, CAC, and ROAS
• Build and execute testing plans across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages
• Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, UTMs, CRM stages, and attribution
• Recommend ad creative direction, hooks, and angles based on live performance data
• Flag landing page and funnel friction points and recommend fixes to copy, layout, or offer structure
• Weigh in on email and nurture sequences where they affect conversion
• Partner with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and pipeline movement
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, testing, reporting, and campaign efficiency

Requirements

• Experience managing at least $100,000-$250,000+ per month in paid media spend on a single account
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads; working knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ads
• Experience marketing high-ticket coaching, consulting, education, mastermind, or service-based offers
• Understands application, booked-call, webinar, VSL, and lead-generation funnels
• Comfortable diagnosing performance issues across the full acquisition journey, not just the ad account, but landing pages, email, and the sales handoff
• Strong written and spoken English
• Open to working in-house full-time (agency background welcome)
• Comfortable with tools like Asana, Slack, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or similar platforms
