We’re preparing to open Mindspace Beyond - one of our most ambitious locations yet, a new large-scale workspace and business destination in the Tel Aviv-Givatayim area.
Spanning approximately 10,000 sqm, Beyond will bring together premium private offices and enterprise suites, shared workspaces, meeting rooms and a major business events venue, all within a vibrant environment combining work, hospitality, lifestyle and wellbeing. Mindspace
As Community Manager - Beyond, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning and help build the community and member experience from the ground up.
You’ll be one of the key faces of Mindspace Beyond - creating meaningful relationships with members, bringing energy and personality into the space, building an engaged community and making sure every member receives the exceptional hospitality experience Mindspace is known for.
This isn’t about maintaining an existing community. It’s an opportunity to help create one from day one.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Help launch and build the Mindspace Beyond community from the ground up, creating the culture, connections and member experience of our newest location.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with members and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
- Create an exceptional member journey from onboarding onwards, ensuring new members feel welcomed, connected and at home from day one.
- Build and nurture an engaged community through networking, introductions, content, events and meaningful member interactions.
- Identify members’ needs proactively, resolve issues quickly and continuously look for ways to improve their experience.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, events and experiences that bring people together and strengthen engagement.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and local Operations team to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience across the location.
- Collaborate with Sales to support tours, new member onboarding, retention, renewals and opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with key contacts within member companies, including larger enterprise clients.
- Gather member feedback and translate insights into improvements in service, community and overall experience.
- Help connect the Mindspace community with the wider Beyond ecosystem, identifying opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and relevant experiences.
- Be a visible ambassador for Mindspace and help establish Beyond as a destination where people genuinely want to work, meet and connect.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Hospitality, Events or another high-touch customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer/member experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with different personalities and seniority levels.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - you notice what needs to happen and make it happen.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great member experience supports retention and business growth.
- Experience working with enterprise/B2B clients is an advantage.
- Experience supporting the opening of a new location, hospitality concept, venue or customer-facing operation is a strong advantage.
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, lifestyle, events or a premium service environment is an advantage.
- Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working on-site and being a highly visible part of the day-to-day member experience.
