AI Engineering Lead

SUMMARY:
Enterprise automation is broken without rock-solid engineering rigor to back it up. We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to serve as the principal engineering authority across our entire Digitization & Automation (DnA) ecosystem.

POSITION INFO:
Partnering directly with the Intelligent Solutions Lead, you will own the technical execution, infrastructure planning, and code quality across RPA, low-code, AI, and custom software builds. You will bridge high-level architecture and practical implementation by producing technical designs, spinning up reference architectures, and establishing enterprise-grade engineering standards. The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Must-Haves: Languages & Core Development: Strong hands-on background in .NET and\/or Java. Automation & Low-Code: Practical delivery experience across RPA platforms (Blue Prism or equivalent) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). Cloud & Architecture: Azure Cloud Services, API and enterprise integration design, infrastructure design, and deployment modeling. Engineering Practices: Robust CI\/CD pipelines, DevOps\/DevSecOps patterns, structured code reviews, and governance-ready technical documentation. Track Record: 8+ years across software engineering, systems development, and automation delivery, backed by a technical degree. Nice-to-Haves: Domain: Banking or financial-services industry experience. Advanced Tech: Deep exposure to enterprise AI implementations and intelligent automation solutions. Certifications: Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, Blue Prism, or cloud architecture credentials. Key Responsibilities Architect Implementation & Infrastructure: Translate solution designs into robust deployment architectures, technical blueprints, and secure infrastructure models. Build Proof-of-Concepts & Reusable Skeletons: Write reference code, build core frameworks, and tackle high-complexity technical spikes to derisk delivery for development teams. Enforce Code Quality & Governance: Conduct detailed code reviews, eliminate technical debt, and defend technical designs through architecture, security, and production-readiness forums.
