You will

You are:

A data-driven product manager experienced in building web and mobile products. You have a strong visual aptitude - you’re fluent in defining user flows and sketching wireframes. You’re skilled in researching and analyzing customers’ needs, intents, and business cases. You’re a hands-on doer - you get energy from moving the product and company forward with excellent teamwork skills

What you’ll do:

• Define and own product strategy for critical areas of the MineOS platform, setting the long-term vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps aligned with company priorities.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-squad initiatives that span engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success - ensuring cohesive execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to anticipate industry shifts, emerging regulations, and technology opportunities - turning them into strategic advantages.
• Drive measurable business impact, from increasing product adoption and retention to expanding platform usage across new personas or verticals.
• Champion product excellence by balancing innovation, user experience, and technical feasibility - building solutions that scale across our growing enterprise customer base.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, i ncluding significant ownership of complex SaaS products at scale - experience in privacy, security, or data intelligence is a major advantage.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and influencing at the company or executive level.
• A proven record of shipping B2B SaaS products for cybersecurity, compliance or IT buyers (CISOs, DPOs, security and privacy teams)
• A technical background (software engineering or equivalent) and strong comfort engaging in technical trade-offs and architectural discussions.
• Setting standards for product discovery, prioritization, and execution excellence.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable impact - e.g., growth, retention, engagement, or platform expansion.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into clarity - both in product design and communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments - adaptable, curious, and outcome-driven.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, in English.
