Your Role at a Glance
As an Internship Front Office - NH Maastricht, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands-on experience in an international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Handle check-in and check-out independently after completing your training.
- Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support daily Front Office administration.
- Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
- Develop valuable skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless guest experience.
- Help create an atmosphere in which every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
