The Job
MintMCP is building in a category that's forming in real time: how companies let AI agents do real work without handing over the keys. Our team is scaling quickly and this role will help us build and scale demand. Today we reach platform, IT, and security leaders mostly through our founders and word of mouth. You'll be our founding growth hire, and your job is to turn that into a repeatable engine.
Your job is to help build a machine to drive pipeline: stand up an account-based motion against the accounts we most want to win, run the sequences and retargeting that hit the same buyers across channels, and figure out what actually books meetings. We are a team of system oriented builders across Recruiting, GTM, and CS, and you won't be building from scratch.
You're a builder as much as a strategist - as happy mapping out a quarter of campaigns as you are wiring up the sequences, the automation, and the dashboards yourself. You think in systems: you can trace a lead from first touch to closed-won, see exactly where it's leaking, and run the experiments that fix it - fast, and without the program falling apart. You'll own the number that matters (SQLs and the pipeline behind them), and you'll walk into every week with a straight answer to "where is pipeline coming from, and what should we do more of?"
You'll work hip-to-hip with the founders and the AE team, marketing and sales moving together so neither gets ahead of the other. You'll partner with product marketing on the core message, and lean on agencies and contractors for the work that isn't your edge - SEO and content, and most event logistics - so you stay focused on the demand engine and the systems that scale it. This is an early, deliberately process-light team; you'll bring just enough structure to make demand repeatable without slowing us down.
About you
You've run growth for a technical B2B product - infrastructure, security, dev tools, or similar - and you've carried a pipeline or SQL number, not just contributed to campaigns (typically 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs).
You're systems- and experiment-oriented. You map the funnel end to end, instrument it, find where leads leak, and run fast, structured experiments - and you keep the program from falling apart while you do it.
You build what you design. You're hands-on with the stack: marketing automation, CRM, sequencers and enrichment/scoring tools, and the major paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting).
You've run an account-based, multi-channel outbound motion - email and LinkedIn at volume, plus retargeting on the same accounts - and you're comfortable operationalizing an AI-assisted, SDR-style system
You build a rich understanding of a technical buyer quickly, even in a space you're new to. You know where platform, IT, security, and AI buyers actually show up - LinkedIn vs. Reddit vs. X vs. in person - and you message differently for each channel and audience.
You own the number. You're fluent in pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC and payback, and you let the data decide where the next dollar goes.
You're agent-native - you use Claude and agents to scale your own output - with the judgment to know when AI sharpens the work and when it just produces undifferentiated noise. What you ship is differentiated and tied to business goals.
You move fast and thrive without much structure. You've built demand in an early-stage environment and added structure without adding bureaucracy.
You partner well with founders and a scaling sales team, and you're energized by getting close to customers.
Nice to have
Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, or enterprise security and governance.
You've marketed to enterprise buyers - CIO, CISO, platform/IT, or AI buyers.
You've built or run an in-house outbound/ABM machine yourself
Experience spanning both self-serve/PLG and sales-led motions.
Enough range in positioning and messaging to write campaign-level copy
You've been a founding or early demand hire and built the engine from zero.
Details - In person, San Mateo and San Francisco. Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity.
