Project Manager (GEORGIAN language + ENG)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for work in the UAE (Dubai), but for the Georgian market.

‼ The most important requirements for this role are fluency in Georgian, 1.5 years of experience in team, project or product management and either being currently based in Dubai or having worked in Dubai within the past few years.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers).

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in Team, Project or Product Management
• Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus
