Join Mirakl, a leading marketplace innovation company, as a Content Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Mirakl's AI-powered digital support platform, One Help. You will analyze user behavior, test and optimize AI-generated answers, monitor key performance indicators, and drive adoption of the platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conversational AI, strong analytical skills, and a user experience mindset. Fluency in English and French is required.
Missions
