You should have at least 4-5 years of experience managing engineering teams, a solid Java background, and experience in e-commerce or related domains.

Missions

  • Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces.
  • Partner closely with Product and Design to define priorities, translate business needs into execution plans, and make trade-offs.
  • Drive the technical direction of your scope - challenging architectural choices, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
