  • Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with MCG standards.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying issues early and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to minimize production disruptions and optimize resource utilization.
  • Support quality control and assurance processes throughout each project phase.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure all project activities comply with company and OSHA standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment required.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, and equipment installation or modification.
  • Experience managing capital projects, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or project management software preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to motivate cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding MCG’s culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
