  • Manage operational budgets, financial performance, forecasting and resource allocation to achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, funders, community organisations and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and governance requirements, maintaining high standards of risk and quality management.
  • Use data, insights and evidence-based practices to inform decision-making, service design and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion an integrated service delivery approach, collaborating across housing, community services and asset management to enhance tenant and community outcomes.

  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and lead high-performing teams through change.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, KPIs, budgets and service delivery outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across government, community and industry sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, reporting and resource planning.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Sound understanding of compliance, governance and risk management within a regulated environment.
  • Background in social and affordable housing, community services, property management or a related sector, with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience highly regarded.

Before starting work with us, you will need to complete a national police history check, qualification verification and referee checks, and hold the relevant clearance to work with children or vulnerable people.
