We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and technology modernization efforts within a complex banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of critical infrastructure services while partnering with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations covering servers, storage, virtualization, databases, middleware, and operating systems.

• Drive vulnerability management and infrastructure security initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit commitments.

• Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.

• Partner with regional teams to align technology standards and operating procedures.

• Lead internal and external resources supporting infrastructure services.

• Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Security, and Business teams.

• Develop infrastructure roadmaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Infrastructure Management experience.

• Strong background in infrastructure operations, security controls, and vulnerability management.

• Experience with Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, VMware, SQL Server, Oracle, storage technologies, and middleware platforms.

• Knowledge of infrastructure governance, audit remediation, and regulatory requirements.

• Previous leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• Banking industry experience strongly preferred.

• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Infrastructure or cloud certifications.

• Experience in financial services or banking environments.

• Knowledge of payment systems and financial applications.

• Experience supporting regional or global technology initiatives.
