Event & Sales Coordinator

MK Hotel Tirana is looking to welcome an energetic, communicative, and results-driven professional to join our team as an Event & Sales Coordinator.

• Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of events at the hotel.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and prepare customized offers.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, following the process through to contract finalization.
• Manage event budgets and monitor costs.
• Coordinate with hotel departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
• Follow up on the negotiation, approval, and signing of contracts, including commercial terms and payment deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the hotel's event venues and packages.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and various business events.
• Work closely with the Facility Management (FM) team to coordinate event spaces, reservations, and technical and logistical requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, events held, and revenue.
• Maintain and manage the client database, offers, contracts, and reservations.
• Register and update client information on the Umnify platform.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, event management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work with digital platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Availability to attend events, business meetings, and promotional activities.
