Senior Sales Admin Executive

• Manage end-to-end sales operation and administration process such as eSPA preparation, signing, stamping, loan documentation, and progress billing.
• Handle sub-sale units, including ownership transfer, refinancing, and purchaser consent processes and all incoming correspondence related to sales administration.
• Prepare and monitor sales status, legal fee payments, SPA/e-signing completion and collection and review sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in HIMS (Housing Integrated Management System) for purchaser data, SPA status, billing, and collection, and maintain orderly filing/e-filing, proper documentation, prompt payment processing, and imposing late payment interest when required.
• Any other duties/ task assigned by the superior from time to time. 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
• Good knowledge of KPKT housing regulations, HIMS, SPA/e-signing processes.
• Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Office and MHW Accounting operating system and software is an advantages.
• Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malays, English, Mandarin is added advantage
