Account Executive EMEA

We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to own new business acquisition and account growth across the EMEA region. This is a remote role - you'll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - selling our CPaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, fintech, e-commerce, and other verticals with high-volume customer communication needs. Spanish language skills are a plus given exposure to Spanish-speaking markets within the territory.

What You'll Do:

• Own and manage a sales pipeline across the EMEA region, from lead generation through contract close
• Identify and engage prospective clients needing WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, or push notification solutions
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations tailored to client use cases
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (marketing, CX, and IT leaders)
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify upsell opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM
• Stay current on regional messaging regulations (e.g., WhatsApp policy changes, telecom compliance) and the competitive landscape

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, or martech
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a new-business sales role
• Experience selling into EMEA markets; understanding of regional business culture and buying cycles
• Strong consultative selling skills - able to translate technical capabilities (APIs, messaging channels) into business value
• Familiarity with CPaaS, messaging APIs, or customer engagement platforms is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Nice to Have:

• Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) - valuable for engaging Spanish-speaking accounts within the EMEA territory
• Existing network of contacts in fintech, e-commerce, or telecom across EMEA
• Experience selling WhatsApp Business Solution or similar messaging products
• Additional regional languages (French, German, Arabic)
