About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Data Science Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. This client-facing role demands a strategic mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in end-to-end data science workflows, including data preprocessing, model building, visualization, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and generate insights.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure high-quality inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings.
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving data science tools and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Proficient in Python, R, SQL; experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in data processing and model accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong track record of delivering client-facing insights and solutions.
