Engineering Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - Data Science / AI Engineering to lead AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives across solutioning, architecture, delivery, and team management. The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting background and the ability to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions while managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions from discovery and solutioning through production deployment.

- Drive solution architecture and technical design for LLM-based applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions.

- Translate client business requirements into technical roadmaps, scalable architectures, and actionable delivery plans.

- Lead client consulting engagements, technical discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder management.

- Provide technical leadership across AI/ML, GenAI, data science, and engineering initiatives.

- Establish and drive best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Work with cloud platforms and modern data engineering ecosystems to build production-ready AI solutions.

- Build, manage, mentor, and grow high-performing Data Science and AI Engineering teams.

- Review technical solutions, ensure engineering quality, and guide teams on architecture and implementation decisions.

- Identify opportunities for AI-led business transformation and contribute to solution proposals, estimations, and consulting engagements.

- Manage delivery priorities, risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

- Stay current with emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI engineering technologies and evaluate their applicability to client needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 13 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI/ML, or AI Engineering.

- Strong experience in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutioning and architecture.

- Strong hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise GenAI applications.

- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and end-to-end AI solution delivery.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong solution architecture, technical consulting, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

- Consulting background with experience working on complex business and technology problems.

- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and modern data engineering practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
