Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI applications powered by large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Python, and scalable AI architectures. You will work on building intelligent multi-agent systems, AI automation workflows, and production-ready GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines with semantic search, hybrid search, and vector databases.
• Develop AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Develop REST APIs and AI microservices using FastAPI and Python.
• Implement asynchronous event-driven architectures using Kafka and Redis.
• Optimise prompt performance, retrieval quality, and AI response accuracy.
• Build AI evaluation and observability frameworks using LangSmith, RAGAS, or Braintrust.
• Implement AI security measures, including prompt injection detection, PII masking, and guardrails.
• Deploy scalable AI services on cloud platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI/LLMs.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• LangChain, LangGraph, agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hybrid search (BM25 + vector search), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, and Qdrant), FastAPI, prompt engineering, OpenAI/Claude/Gemini/Llama, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL or MySQL, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, REST APIs and microservices, and Git.
• Good to Have: MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Observability (LangSmith, Braintrust, and RAGAS), AI Security and Guardrails, Cross-Encoder Reranking, Hugging Face, GraphQL, and TypeScript or React or Next.js exposure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, MCA, or a related field.
• Experience building production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
