Job Responsibilities

차세대 엣지 AI 반도체(NPU) 기반 시스템 보드 회로 설계 및 검토
NPU 기반 SoC 및 주변 디바이스를 포함한 보드 검증
시험 및 양산을 위한 기술 문서 작성 및 유지보수
HW/FW/SW 협업 기반의 크로스 기능 개발 참여

Requirements

전자 계열 4년제 학사 이상 학위 소지자
회로 설계 및 분석에 대한 기초 지식 보유 (전자회로, 디지털 회로, 고속신호 전송 등)
문서화 및 기술 자료 작성 능력

Preferred Qualifications

NPU/SoC 기반 시스템에 대한 관심 또는 기본 이해
SI (Signal Integrity) / PI (Power Integrity) 관련 이론 또는 툴 학습 경험
LPDDR, PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet 등 고속 인터페이스 회로 구성 경험
오실로스코프, 멀티미터 등 기본 측정 장비 활용 가능자
회로 설계 툴 경험 보유자
BOM(Bill of Materials) 구성 및 부품 스펙 검토 경험
자기주도적으로 문제를 분석하고 해결하는 역량
