Position Summary: The Lot Attendant is responsible for lot organization, shipping and receiving of

vehicles.

Work schedule:

M-T: 5:00am-3:30pm

Friday: Possible overtime

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

• Receive and inspect new vehicle shipments.
• Maintain lotorganization and parking arrangements for inventory and production.
• Transporting vehilesto locations in town.
• Stage vehicles for subcontracts and production.
• Prep and follow through onshipping vehicles, meeting deadlines and urgent requests.

• Responsible for key storage and organization.
• Comply with Core Values always(LOVE IT).
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background/experience in any of the following, Vocational School, Automotive - trade school

experience or Auto dealer experience preferred.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Skills/Abilities:

• Must have an eye for identifying potential problem.
• Abilityto complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
• Solid verbal, writtenand interpersonal communication skills required.
• Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Occasionally work outside in all weather conditions.
• Frequently lifting and/or carrying ofobjects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, kneeling, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.

• Participate in required company safety programs, trainingsand PPE guidelines.
