On behalf of our Client, Mobilunity is looking for Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
Our client is an international company operating across multiple countries and business markets. The company uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as key components of its business technology ecosystem.
The role is focused on developing and maintaining CRM functionality, modernizing legacy customizations, and harmonizing processes across different countries. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve the performance, maintainability, and scalability of the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM Development
Develop and maintain functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Perform advanced Dynamics 365 customizations based on business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using JavaScript, C#, and plugins.
Apply Power Platform development patterns and best practices.
Develop and support new CRM functionality while maintaining existing solutions.
Power Platform & Process Modernization
Migrate classic Dynamics 365 workflows to Power Automate.
Refactor and standardize existing JavaScript and plugin implementations.
Review and rationalize Business Rules and legacy customizations.
Improve the performance, maintainability, and consistency of CRM solutions.
Harmonize CRM processes and applications across different countries.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience with Dynamics CRM.
Strong hands-on experience with advanced Dynamics 365 customization.
Solid experience with Power Automate, particularly migrating classic workflows.
Practical experience with Business Rules.
Strong JavaScript development skills.
Experience with C# and Dynamics 365 plugin development.
Good understanding of Power Platform development patterns and best practices.
Ability to develop new functionality as well as support and improve existing CRM solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Good spoken and written English.
Nice to Have:
Specialization in Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Contact Center, or Customer Insights – Journeys.
Experience with Dual Write and Finance & Operations integrations.
Experience with TypeScript.
French or German language skills.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
Experience working in international or multi-country environments.
Ability to challenge requirements and propose best-practice solutions rather than simply implementing requested functionality.
Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400; PL-600 would be an additional advantage.
