About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Country Sales Manager to own new business development, drive pipeline growth and build strong C-level relationships at MoEngage. Bringing 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech or SaaS, you will be a consultative sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets and navigating complex organisations. If you thrive in a high-growth environment and have the hunger to make a real impact, this role is for you!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business development while consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Lead pipeline generation, partner ecosystem management and branding responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong C-level relationships across all key accounts and prospects.
- Stay up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage's solutions and products.
- Navigate large organisations to identify decision makers and accelerate deal cycles.
- Bring an entrepreneurial and consultative approach to every customer interaction.
- Leverage an extensive network across marketing and product heads in digital-first companies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, SaaS, Digital Marketing or AdTech.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative sales approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at the executive level.
- Extensive network across marketing and product heads in digital-first companies across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Proven success navigating large organisations and identifying decision makers quickly.
- Genuine passion for technology and the digital landscape.
