Senior Full - Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in the. NET framework (C#, ASP. NET, . NET Core) for backend development.
• Proficiency with ReactJS and related ecosystems (Redux, React Router, hooks, context API).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency with microservice architecture, event-driven programming, and async design patterns.
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated quality-first mindset: experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites as part of the development workflow.
• Ability to own quality end-to-end, not just hand off to QA.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and embedding automated quality gates (linting, static analysis, test coverage thresholds).
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, defect prevention, root cause analysis, test planning, and quality metrics tracking across the product engineering lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with quality engineering practices: test automation frameworks, performance/load testing, API contract testing, and shift-left testing strategies to catch defects early in the SDLC.
• Proven ability to use AI-powered development tools (e. g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI code-review/test-generation tools) to accelerate and improve the SDLC.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and research abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver solutions within committed timeframes.
