Internship Business Administrative Intern

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Support invoice checking, data entry, document filing, and record management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining databases and updating operational records.
• Support various departments in project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in preparing reports and analysing basic operational data.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative assignments and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Business Administration
• Business Management
• Office Management
• Or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
