What we're looking for
- 5+ years building and shipping production software across the full stack
- Fluent in JS/TS, React or similar, with deep understanding of web apps, APIs, and SQL
- Strong product sense and a sharp eye for UI/UX
- Power user of Claude Code/Codex with real experience reviewing and steering AI-generated code
- Self-starter who solves problems independently and knows when to prioritize speed vs. foundational work
What you'll do
In one sentence: Do whatever it takes to build the AI agent that makes e-commerce teams obsolete.
- Own features end to end: architecture, UI, backend, deployment, iteration
- Build across our dashboard, AI agent, edge-deployed backend, and new products like Ninja.new (AI agent designed to run internal workflows for shops)
- Ship and maintain integrations with platforms like Shopify, Shoper, and Shoprenter
- Push the frontier: browser-using agents, custom vector DBs, low-latency voice agents, and more
- Keep everything lean and fast: clean code, optimized queries, no bloat
- Build internal tools and improve our Claude Code workflows to make the whole team faster
