Pay and benefits
- $15 per hour guaranteed, with earning potential up to $20 per hour.
- Employees average $550-$1,000 per week, plus tips, bonuses, and incentives.
- Weekly pay and consistent, full-time work.
- Paid holidays and paid time off.
- An insured company car during work hours-no gas costs or wear and tear on your own vehicle.
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided.
Schedule
- Primarily Monday-Friday, with minimal nights and weekends.
- Work begins at 8:00 a.m. and continues until all assigned work is completed.
- Finishing times vary based on the day’s cleaning schedule.

What you’ll do
- Clean customers’ homes thoroughly using Molly Maid’s cleaning methods.
- Work with your team to complete each day’s assigned homes.
- Pay attention to the details that make a home look and feel clean.
- Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with care and respect.
