Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Steuerung und Begleitung hochwertiger Gewerbeprojekte in ganz Deutschland in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung, vom Ankauf über Planung und Realisierung bis zur Fertigstellung und Übergabe
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Planungsbüros, Behörden, Bauunternehmen und Vertriebspartnern sowie Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen und Nachverfolgung der nächsten Schritte
  • Überwachung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Terminen, Qualität und Kosten, frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen und Mitwirkung an geeigneten Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Projektberichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Verantwortung für das projektbezogene interne und externe Berichtswesen
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für unterschiedliche Projektphasen
  • Erstellung unterschiedlicher Budgetszenarien und Durchführung von Sensitivitätsanalysen für bestehende und neue Projekte
  • Kontrolle und Fortschreibung von Projektbudgets und Cashflows
  • Unterstützung bei Akquisitions- und Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung unserer ESG-Strategie und an der Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Ansätze auf Objekt- und Portfolioebene

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, des Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Architektur oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs
  • Zwei bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem für die Projektentwicklung relevanten Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte sicher zu erfassen und strukturiert zu bewerten
  • Souveränes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Projektinhalte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen adressatengerecht zu präsentieren
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben, Termine und Beteiligte effizient zu koordinieren
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von Developer-Kalkulationen (statisch und DCF-basiert) sowie in der Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für Objekttermine, insbesondere in den Top-7-Städten
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation, hoher Lernbereitschaft und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
