Our client specializes in managing multifamily residential housing properties.

Multifamily residential housing refers to a type of real estate property where multiple separate housing units are contained within a single building or within a complex of several buildings.

Each unit within these properties is intended for residential inhabitants, such as individuals, families, or households.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices: Handling the invoicing process, which may include receiving, verifying, and processing invoices.
• Encoding in Appfolio: Inputting information, possibly related to property management tasks, into the Appfolio software or system.
• Checking and Approving: Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing.

Requirements:

• Experience with AppFolio is required.
• Bookkeeping Background: Possesses a background in bookkeeping or financial tasks, enabling effective management of financial records and transactions.
• Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English to effectively handle tasks, communication, and documentation.
• Diligent and Committed: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Accurate with Details and Efficient: Capable of maintaining accuracy while processing tasks efficiently, ensuring that invoicing and coding are done precisely.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am- 6 pm EST.
