About The Role

Startup for Startup is monday.com ’s flagship ecosystem initiative and the leading platform for tech founders and builders in Israel. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-impact leader to drive the next evolution of our initiative. This role combines strategic vision, ecosystem influence, team leadership, and narrative creation - including serving as the primary host of our top-rated podcast.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way we give back to the startup community, maximizing our impact and reach. You will hold full ownership over the initiative's vision and execution, working in close collaboration with monday.com ’s Co-Founders and CEOs.

• Ecosystem Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the next era of Startup for Startup. Identify emerging market shifts (such as AI trends), understand the real, evolving pains of founders, and build high-value partnerships across the global and local tech ecosystem.

• Content Leadership & Podcast Host: Serve as the main host and voice of the Startup for Startup podcast. Drive guest curation, lead high-stakes strategic conversations with top tech founders and employees, and distill complex business insights into actionable takeaways.

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and empower an experienced team of 5, including podcast producers, community managers and product managers.

• Founder & Executive Alignment: Partner closely with company leadership to align on vision, establish operational peace, and deliver measurable impact with complete autonomy.

• Hands-On Execution: bridge macro-level strategy with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute complex projects from scratch.

Requirements

• Deep Ecosystem DNA: Former founder, VC investor, or leader of top-tier tech communities/programs. You know the tech landscape inside out.

• Natural Storyteller: Exceptional charisma, presence, and listening skills. Proven ability to hold high-level discussions and extract deep, authentic insights from guests.

• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exceptional ability to lead experienced peers, manage complex corporate stakeholders, and build rapid trust with executives.

• Autonomous Owner: You thrive in non-micromanaged environments, turn ambiguity into clear action plans, and take full accountability for outcomes.

• Proven Leadership & People Management: A track record of directly managing and developing teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving high performance while fostering psychological safety.
