Product Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of product management experience in consumer, B2B, or B2B2C digital products.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1 taking them from ideation and MVP to successful market launch.
• Prior experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Investment Platforms, Brokerage, Capital Markets, Banking, Trading Platforms, or Digital Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria and managing product backlogs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics, customer insights, A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and scalable platform development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics (or similar), and basic SQL is preferred.
• Experience working with customer onboarding, KYC, payments, remittances, wealth management, or financial infrastructure products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
