Business Development Senior Executive

Monkey Creators is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to help grow our client base. If you enjoy meeting people, understanding their business needs and turning conversations into signed deals, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Find new clients through research, networking, referrals, cold calls, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Meet potential clients and present Monkey Creators’ services and past work.
• Understand client needs, objectives and budgets, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Work with our creative and production teams to prepare pitch decks, and attend client presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and terms, and close deals.
• Hand new clients over to our account team after the deal is signed.
• Follow up consistently on leads, proposals and enquiries.
• Keep your pipeline and CRM records up to date, and report progress to the management team.
• Keep up with market trends and spot brands that could benefit from our services.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales or account management. Experience in an agency, production house, media or events company is a plus.
• A proven track record of pitching and closing deals on your own.
• An understanding of how creative work is produced, so you can set realistic expectations with clients.
• Confidence in discussing pricing and working with senior decision-makers.
• Good written and spoken English. You’ll use it daily for meetings, proposals and presentations.
• Self-motivated and proactive. You go out and find opportunities instead of waiting for them.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva.
• Open to using AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and events.
