We are looking for a Community Manager to manage the social profiles of brands or creators. This person will shape their day-to-day presence across TikTok and Instagram, helping each profile develop a distinct voice, reach new audiences and build an active, lasting community.

You will work closely with Social Strategy, Creative and Data to translate each profile's direction into consistent daily management: planning content calendars, publishing posts, managing conversations and identifying timely opportunities to participate in relevant trends and cultural moments.

You understand how platform behavior, creative choices and community dynamics influence organic distribution and engagement. You can turn daily observations, social listening and performance data into clear actions that improve reach, strengthen community relationships and support each creator's goals. The role also includes real-time coverage of creator or brand events when needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in community management or social media management.
• Experience managing social profiles for brands, as well as creators or public figures.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including platform mechanics, formats, native features and community behavior.
• Experience applying organic tactics to improve reach, discoverability and community growth.
• Experience building strong community relationships through consistent, thoughtful interaction.
• Experience planning and executing content calendars with strategists and creators, including timely publishing and platform-specific optimization.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice across creators, platforms and situations.
• Ability to monitor conversations, conduct social listening and identify trends, insights and opportunities for timely action.
• Strong understanding of social metrics and experience turning performance data into concrete optimization recommendations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage several profiles and workstreams at once.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with Strategy, Creative, Content, Data and Account teams.
• Curiosity about new technologies and practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis or community management.

Background & Skills

• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in interpreting metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business results.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
