Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) Pumps gestalten Sie die Zukunft unseres Produktionsbereichs aktiv mit. Mit Ihrer Führungsstärke, Ihrem Prozessverständnis und Ihrem Fokus auf operative Exzellenz entwickeln Sie den Bereich kontinuierlich weiter und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des operativen Bereichs Pumps mit Fokus auf Produktivität, Liefertreue, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der direkt und indirekt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung zur Erreichung der operativen Ziele
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Lean-, Verbesserungs- und Transformationsprojekten zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Kostenentwicklung und wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Bereichs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen sowie Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Unternehmens- und Wachstumsziele

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftstechnisches Studium, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Operations- oder Fertigungsumfeld mit entsprechender Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steuerung und Optimierung operativer Prozesse und Kennzahlen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Produktionssysteme, Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Veränderungskompetenz verbunden mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
