Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) After Sales / Repair

Standort: Böblingen

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Sachbearbeiter After Sales / Repair (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die operative Auftragsabwicklung im Reparatur- und Servicegeschäft und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie interne Fachbereiche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Komplette Reparatur- Auftragsabwicklung inklusive Auftragserfassung, Vertragsprüfung, Preisprüfung, Terminklärung und -verfolgung über Auslieferung bis zur Rechnungsstellung

  • Selbstständige Kundenberatung, Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Preisfindung und Konditionsverhandlung

  • Operative Beschaffung auswärtiger Reparaturen, Erfassung von Bestellungen, Preisprüfung, Terminklärung und -verfolgung

  • Reklamationsbearbeitung, Schriftverkehr und Sonderaufgaben

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, Customer Service oder After Sales ist von Vorteil, aber auch Berufseinsteiger und Absolventen sind willkommen

  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System

  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Import / Export wünschenswert

  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
