岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 采购订单管理：根据前端价格审批结果，创建采购订单;
2. 合同签订：跟进采购合同签订，及时跟催内部和外部审核流程，确保按期盖章存档;
3. 交期管理：跟进设备生产及物流进度，过程及时反馈超期并推送未交付设备进度清单及原因;
4. 对账付款：负责月度对账工作， 制定并提交月底付款计划，确保供应商款项按时支付;
5. 验收管控：每周跟进设备验收进度，推送验收超期清单，并跟进验收超期问题闭环。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，机械/电子/管理专业优先;
2、1-3年采购工作经验，了解设备类采购全流程，
3、执行力、抗压能力强，具备异常协调及问题解决能力;
4、为人正直，细心耐心，有良好的服务意识。
