Account Manager

Morpho is looking for an Account Manager to grow a flagship enterprise account, build executive and product relationships, and drive loan integration expansion.

You will manage a flagship enterprise account and build strong relationships with product managers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will establish recurring meetings and executive reviews, make the commercial and product case for loan integrations, analyze product data for expansion opportunities, and develop an account strategy and roadmap with the partner.

• Own relationship management for a flagship enterprise partner and grow the account while protecting it from churn
• Run recurring meetings with partner product teams and quarterly executive reviews
• Make the commercial and product case for integrating loans into the partner roadmap
• Track product data, identify growth levers, and develop quantified expansion plays
• Map stakeholder incentives to unlock decisions
• Spend consistent in-person time with the partner's New York teams

• Experience navigating and selling into large organizations through consulting or an enterprise-facing operating role
• Relationship-building ability across product managers, executives, and teams
• Product knowledge to influence roadmaps and articulate commercial and product cases for loan integrations
• Ability to track product metrics and identify expansion opportunities
• Prior crypto experience and credibility with crypto and fintech platform product managers
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts
• Strong ownership and autonomy
